Transfer chat session to another agent or department

Transferring to another agent

If you chat with an external Jabber client, you can transfer the current chat session to another agent easily sending the following message
!transfer agent-alias

You can configure the agent alias at the agent settings

If the agent to whom you want to transfer the session is not available, you will get notified and continue chatting with that user.

Transferring to another department

If your account has departments, transferring a chat session to another department is easy

!transfer department-alias

Where the department-alias  is the alias you specify at the department settings

If your agents use FrescoChat Web Client, just use the transfer tool en the chatbox menu
