Your website visitors might like to know with whom they are chatting, who is on the other side of the line. It makes the experience for the users more personal and professional.
In your FrescoChat Control Panel you can upload a picture for each agent to be used as an avatar.
In the Dashboard go to Agents.
Click the name of the agent.
In the box Avatar & Display Info you can set a picture for this agent.
Select a picture of minimum 60×60 pixels and maximum 2 MB on your local computer. Keep in mind that the image will be cropped to square.
Click Upload to upload the picture.
You can also enter Location details and Job Title.
Click Update to save the picture and details.
The picture will be displayed in the grey title bar of the box and your web site visitors will see the agent’s picture and details in a chat.
