chat transcripts to your e-mail address

If you have a Solo, a Team or a Corp Plan, you can set an email address to which the chat transcripts of all live chats will be sent. That way you can view and check all the live chats you and/or your agents have done.

To set this email address you go to the FrescoChat Control Panel, and click the menu Account Settings.

Also, you can enter or change the email address where the offline messages are sent.
