Chat commands

THESE ARE THE COMMANDS THAT CAN BE USED IN A LIVE CHAT CONVERSATION:

yyes, accept live chat request
nno, don’t accept live chat request
!transferwill transfer the live chat to the next available agent.
!transfer Nickwill transfer the live chat to Nick, if Nick is online and has at least one free channel, if not FleyTalk replies to the first agent that Nick is not available. In this case Nick is the transfer code for the agent (which is setup in agents settings).
!transfer Nick Hi, please help this lady setting up her accountwill transfer the chat to Nick with the message about the lady that Nick will receive.
!transfer next, Hi, please help this man setting up his accountwill transfer the chat to the next available agent, with a message attached.
!endwill end the chat
!blockwill block the visitor’s IP (in case you or your agents have to deal with an abusive or harassing visitor on the chat)
!pushwill push an external link. The advantage is that the chat box stays visible for your visitor, even when he navigates away from your site by clicking the external link
