Anti annoying policy

If you don’t want to annoy your website visitors with a chat box that pops up after the visitor refused to accept a chat invite by closing the chatbox, or after your visitor has already been served for a certain number of minutes, you can set a delay for the trigger. Set the number of minutes to delay the trigger in your Control Panel in the Account Settings menu.

It’s good to offer them help, but you don’t want to harass them with a chat box that is popping up too soon or too often, so take advantage of this menu.
