Agent to Agent chat

In Plus and Corp Plans, the agents have other agents in their list of chat contacts. This way co-workers can chat with each other, for example to discuss business, to consult the other, to deliberate, or give each other advise on customer questions.

You don’t need to set up anything for this, it’s there, ready to use out of the box for Team and Corp customers. In each Team Plan and each Corp Plan there are 2 agents included by default, and all agents can do an Agent to Agent chat.
